Studio Ypsilon were selected by an international client to refurbish their investment property and prepare it for the luxury and demanding rental market of the area, located on a prestigious mansion block in the heart of Mayfair.

A contemporary colour palette of creams, greys and blue accents reflect the surrounding architecture and calmness of Mayfair. A more subtle calming colour palette was created for the bedrooms.
